DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 business days using USPS Priority Mail. If any products ordered are “Out of Stock”, you will be notified by email. Depending on your location, Priority Mail will usually arrive within 2-3 days from the date it was shipped. Please allow additional days for Alaska, Hawaii, during holidays and during sales. If you need an order shipped via another method, please contact us at customerservice@naturaljoybeauty.com or (801) 718-4386 for options and rates before placing your order. We do not currently ship outside of the U.S.A.

In an effort to be environmentally responsible we re-use packing peanuts, bubble wrap and packing paper from shipments that are sent to us. When we purchase packing supplies we buy eco friendly packing peanuts or recycled packing paper.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We highly recommend purchasing samples first. We sell samples for most of the products we carry. As a small business, to keep costs down, All Sales Are Final. Exchanges are typically only made when a product is defective. If a product is defective, please notify us immediately at customerservice@naturaljoybeauty.com to make arrangements for an exchange. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to pick up their package(s) if it is undeliverable to their home address. If the package is returned to us as "unclaimed", the customer will be responsible for paying additional shipping fees to resend it.

SALES
Promo codes or discounts cannot be combined. A few items are excluded from sales and are noted as such on their product detail page. Unfortunately orders placed prior to the announcement of a Sale can not be applied to that discount/sale.

PRIVACY, EMAIL ADDRESSES
Natural Joy, LLC does not sell or give out customer information. All customer information is for our sole use only. We do add email addresses from customers (or those who contact us about our store) to our email list with Constant Contact. This is so that you receive our occasional emails informing you of sales, new products, etc. You may easily unsubscribe if you do not wish to be on the list, and will not receive any further emails.
