DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days using USPS Priority Mail. If any products ordered are “Out of Stock”, you will be notified by email. Depending on your location, Priority Mail will usually arrive within 2-3 days from the date it was shipped. Please allow additional days for Alaska, Hawaii or during the holiday season. If you need an order shipped via another method, or want an order shipped International, please contact us at customerservice@naturaljoybeauty.com or (801) 718-4386 for options and rates before placing your order.

In an effort to be environmentally responsible we re-use packing peanuts, bubble wrap
and packing paper from shipments we receive or newspapers to pack your order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We highly recommend purchasing samples first. We sell samples for most of the products we carry. To keep costs down, refunds and exchanges are typically only given if a product is defective. If a product is defective, please notify us immediately at customerservice@naturaljoybeauty.com to make arrangements for an exchange or refund. Refunds will be issued to the card the original purchase was charged on. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
