Pearl Powder has been renowned throughout Asia and in Traditional Chinese Medicine for it's age reversing properties and for making the skin softer, more supple and elastic. Pearl Powder facial masks soften the skin while adding amino acids, antioxidants and essential nutrition to the complexion. Pearl powder has cooling, disinfectant and balancing properties for the skin.

Pearl Powder also exfoliates the skin. It removes the top, outer layer of dead epidermis cells, exposes the supple layer of smooth skin and promotes new cell regeneration. It leaves your skin more receptive to receiving skincare products. It's actually better and more gentle than microdermabrasion treatments.

Directions: Pearl Powder masks should be applied to clean, dry skin and allowed to penetrate 10-15 minutes, 3-5 minutes for very sensitive skin. (We always suggest trying samples first if, especially for those with more sensitive skin). Lie down and elevate your feet to enjoy the full benefits of facial stimulation. Then wash off with warm water. Do this once or twice a week to help refine your complexion, less frequently for sensitive skin. The pearl powder mask will tingle and feel warm as it removed dead cells and rejuvenates. Sensitive Skin: some people with sensitive skin say that the Pearl Powder burns and the skin becomes pink. That should be temporary. Thus use no more than 3-5 minutes the first time and then use accordingly. Do a skin test first. Make a paste with water and apply a small amount behind your ear. Leave on for 3-10 minutes depending on your skin type and then rinse with warm water.

Suggested liquids to mix the mask with: egg white, beaten egg white, honey, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, whole milk or cream, aloe vera juice (check ingredients, many aloe vera's contain additional ingredients, some "not so natural"), apple juice, mashed banana, blended apple, cucumber or pear.
