L -  light flow/heavy pantyliner
M - medium flow
H - heavy/postpartum flow

CARE: Wash before first use. Machine wash with your regular laundry and regular detergent (preferably natural and unscented) and machine dry. Do not use chlorine bleach or fabric softener. If you want them to last a little longer, wash with a detergent that contains few additives (brighteners, softeners, and fragrance) such as Nothing But Soap's Laundry Soap sold here . Machine drying is recommend as it will reseal the PUL (waterproof lining).

Handmade in the U.S.A. This maxi pad has a rayon-from-bamboo fleece core, making it both thin and highly absorbent. The entire pad, including the wings, is lined with PUL (a pvc-free waterproofed fabric) and stitched with 100% polyester thread to keep leaks from happening! Top stitching only in the absorbent layers of the pad directs the flow of moisture toward the center of the pad. Approx. 50% rayon from bamboo, 35% cotton, 15% PUL.
