Directions: Follow your natural lip line with the pencil and then fill in with a lip tint, lipstick or lip gloss. Lip liners work better at preventing lip color feathering/bleeding when used with a lipstick or lip tint rather than gloss. If you prefer lip gloss, you might consider coloring your entire lips with the lip liner pencil then apply a small amount of lip gloss over the top.
